Royal BAM Group and Van Oord Groep in talks on joint dredging business
Koninklijke BAM Groep nv (Royal BAM Group) and Van Oord Groep nv together with MerweOord and NPM Capital, shareholders of Van Oord Groep nv, confirm that they are in talks regarding a possible merger of Van Oord-ACZ and BHD (Ballast Ham Dredging), the Royal BAM Group dredging company.
Royal BAM Group and Van Oord Groep will be making further announcements as soon as there is reason to suppose that agreement will be reached.
