Royal BAM Group confirms notice of action by Public Prosecutions Department
Bunnik, 16 December 2003 – Royal BAM Group nv confirms that one of the Group's business units has been advised by the Public Prosecutions Department of a provisional decision to continue proceedings against the business unit and two of its staff in connection with the alleged irregularities in the Dutch construction industry.
The business unit concerned is a regional office of the roadbuilder NBM. Neither of the two employees is suspected of having bribed public authority officials.
