HBG Construction has been awarded two further refit and renewal contracts at Marks and Spencer stores.
The awards come after HBG’s successful completion last year of store refits at five Marks and Spencer branches, including the Pantheon and Marble Arch stores in Oxford Street.
Second phase works have commenced at the Marble Arch store in London’s Oxford Street, the £2.8 million contract involves provision of new business units, and renewal of existing retail space at basement, ground, first and second floor level to bring it in line with the current Marks and Spencer corporate image.
The second contract, with a value of £1.7 million, is across three floors at the store in Uxbridge. It also involves provision of new business units, including Per Una, and renewal of existing spaces.
The Uxbridge store is due for completion in April this year, with the Marble Arch store complete in May this year.
