Highway agency awards five-year technology contracts
The Highway Agency has named Nuttall, HBG's civil engineering company in the UK as one of the contractors to carry out the contracts for the construction of its technology projects over the next five years.
Together with Alfred McAlpine, Balfour Beatty, Birse, Carillion, Geoffrrey Osborne, Nuttall has been awarded the works framework contract, incorporating the installation and construction of infrastructure providing driver information, incident detection and message signs. The contract is valued at £ 150 million.
