Parkside, Coventry
HBG Construction has been appointed to build and fit-out a three-storey office development at Parkside in Coventry, its third project at the business park.
Two separate contracts, with a total value of more than £10 million, will provide a 6,000 m2 extension to an adjacent facility for the Learning and Skills Council for England.
The first, for Parkcom Properties, is for the design and construction of the building's shell, which will feature external brickwork on a precast concrete frame. Also included is the provision of 336 parking spaces and landscaping.
