Boskalis and HBG need more time for merger
Papendrecht / Rijswijk, The Netherlands – Royal Boskalis Westminster nv and HBG, Hollandsche Beton Groep nv, will publish the merger documents on a later date than was expected during the announcement of the merger on 15 May 2000.
The due diligence and elaboration of the business plan will be completed mid July. Both processes are so extensive that they can not be completed properly within the original time schedule.
Therefore the new date for the publication of the merger documents and prospectus will be announced after mid July.
