Area developer AM and housing association Stichting Woonplus Schiedam have signed a cooperation agreement for the comprehensive redevelopment of the Wagenaar site in Groenoord Zuid, Schiedam (the Netherlands).

Following a successful design phase, we are now starting work on the construction of the underground infrastructure and construction roads at Campus South of Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in the Netherlands.

Area developer AM has signed agreements with housing association Rochdale and investor Achmea Real Estate for the sale of 132 social and 90 mid-priced rental apartments and 1,654 m² of commercial space in The Green Gallery in Diemen (in the Netherlands).
