(Press release Arc-Tec:) Glasgow / Perth, 10 June 2021 - Arc-Tech (Scotland), one of Scotland’s leading Building Services providers, continues to advance the installation of Mechanical and Electrical works at Perth City Halls.
Working on behalf of Main Contractor BAM Construction, in partnership with Hub East Central Scotland, a £2.8 million Building Services package is being deployed to transform the building into one of the UK’s leading heritage and arts attractions with the creation of a new museum and space for touring exhibitions.
Arc-Tech’s list of services includes the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, gas, LTHW and CHW, as well as all lighting, security, fire and data systems.
Construction commenced in February-2021 with a formal launch set to be undertaken in 2024.
