Interbeton [operating through its local subsidiairy Higgs & Hill] recently secured three small projects in Dubai.
The first project is called Biosaline Agriculture Centre - Training Centre and has a contract value of approximately €200,000. The client is Biosaline Agriculture Centre. Three years ago, Higgs & Hill built the main offices and labs for this client. The project already started and will be completed in the beginning of December. The existing steel frame shade house will be converted into a training centre with an auditorium and data training facilities.
The second project’s name is Emirates Golf Club - Kitchen refurbishment and has a contract value of approximately €140,000. The client is the Dubai Creek Golf Club and Yacht Club. In the past Higgs & Hill has carried out two other works for them.
The third and final secured project is Al Quoz stables - New Office Block and its contract value is approximately €700,000. The project already started and will be finished in November. The client is Engineers Office on behalf of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum - Crown Prince of Dubai. In the past Higgs & Hill has carried out works for them at Za'abeel Palace, Equine Hospital, Hatta Stud Farm and other locations. The Dubai royal family controls one of the top horse racing teams.
