A.J.D. Franklin appointed as member Board of Management HBG
Rijswijk, the Netherlands – The Supervisory Board of HBG, Hollandsche Beton Groep nv, has appointed A.J.D. Franklin, BEng, CEng, FICE, FCIOB, FIHT [57] as member of the Board of Management as of 4 September 2001. Mr Franklin was chief executive of HBG Construction Ltd.
With the appointment of Mr Franklin to the Board, HBG realises a further internationalisation and strengthening of the Group's management.
As of the same date the Board of Management of HBG will consist of Mr C.J.A Reigersman, president, Mr A.J.D. Franklin, Mr G.H. Hoefsloot and Mr D. de Waard.
Mr Franklin has worked for HBG since 1991, as director of Interbeton bv, managing director of Edmund Nuttall Ltd and chief executive of HBG Construction Ltd.
