Composition Board of Management
Rijswijk, the Netherlands – Mr J.S.T. Tiemstra [48] – currently senior vice president corporate finance at Unilever Plc. – will join HBG, Hollandsche Beton Groep nv, as of 15 October 2001.
Mr Tiemstra will be appointed member of the Board of Management of HBG in the position of Chief Financial Officer after the next General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Board of Management currently consists of Mr C.J.A. Reigersman, Mr A.J.D. Franklin, Mr G.H. Hoefsloot and Mr D. de Waard.
The Central Employee Council has advised positively with regard to the proposed appointment of Mr Tiemstra.
