Mrs T. Menssen MBA appointed as Executive Board member
Bunnik, The Netherlands, 16 August 2012 – The extraordinary general meeting of Royal BAM Group nv, held at Thursday 16 August 2012, has appointed Mrs T. Menssen MBA as a member of the Executive Board of the Group with effect from 1 October 2012.
Mrs Menssen will succeed Mr J. Ruis after a few months as Chief Financial Officer, who is retiring after forty years with the Group.
