Koninklijke BAM Groep nv heeft met succes EUR 84,5 miljoen opgehaald met het aanbod van 24.152.491 nieuwe gewone aandelen tegen een prijs van EUR 3,50 door middel van een accelerated bookbuild-emissie.
Toewijzing van de Aandelen heeft vandaag, 26 november 2013, plaatsgevonden. Betaling en levering van de Aandelen, alsmede toelating tot de notering op NYSE Euronext Amsterdam, zal naar verwachting plaatsvinden op 29 november 2013.
Na uitgifte van de Aandelen geplaatst in de Emissie zal het totaal aantal uitstaande Aandelen van BAM bestaan uit 269.424.089 aandelen.
BAM is met de Joint Global Coordinators overeengekomen dat het, in verband met deze Emissie, geen additionele gewone aandelen zal uitgeven gedurende een periode van 180 dagen, behoudens gebruikelijke uitzonderingen bij emissies van deze aard.
ABN AMRO en ING treden op als Joint Global Coordinators en Joint Bookrunners. ABN AMRO treedt op als Listing and Paying Agent.
